Role Overview

The Maintenance Associate will perform general maintenance and repair duties, working different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours outdoors in different weather conditions. Teamwork with the ability to work within different departments and with other staff is necessary to be successful.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate include providing daily maintenance in resident apartments and throughout the community, assessing and assigning work orders, and performing daily repairs to all common areas throughout the community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred

  • Familiarity with common tools and common repair techniques
  • Good organizational skills and a good working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills
