Job Description

We are now hiring a Maintenance Assistant to be the newest member of our awesome team!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices
Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation
Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets
