Responsibilities include performing routine property and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, monitoring utilities, and ensuring the safety of guests and associates.
What You Will Do
Perform routine property and equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and monitor utilities. Maintain accurate records, promote positive relations with guests and employees, and accommodate resident and guest requests. Maintain safe conditions and procedures in work areas and report safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship
- 2+ years hotel or residential property engineering/maintenance experience
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience
- Ability to communicate in proper English
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to safely and properly use hand and power tools
- Ability to perform and log scheduled preventive maintenance
- Ability to think clearly in emergency situations
- Ability to interact positively with residents, guests, and fellow employees
