The position requires effective communication with both residents and vendors.

Requirements

  • Promote positive customer interactions
  • Manage Corrigo dispatch board and complete turn over services
  • Communicate with residents regarding on hold work orders
  • Manage productivity, turn times, and response times
  • Communicate work orders to vendors
  • Manage maintenance related escalations
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Maintenance schedule requires work on weekends, holidays and evenings
