The position requires effective communication with both residents and vendors.
Requirements
Promote positive customer interactions
Manage Corrigo dispatch board and complete turn over services
Communicate with residents regarding on hold work orders
Manage productivity, turn times, and response times
Communicate work orders to vendors
Manage maintenance related escalations
Valid California driver’s license
Maintenance schedule requires work on weekends, holidays and evenings
