Role Overview

The Maintenance Coordinator, Community Corrections is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair and upkeep of the facility's building structures and systems. Supervises and schedules work for maintenance staff and residents assigned to maintenance work projects. Responsible for tracking and timely completion of all work orders; notes deficiencies on daily inspections.

What You Will Do

Establishes maintenance standards, reviews maintenance work order requests, determines work assignments and schedules, analyzes and resolves work problems, performs routine inspections, and directs corrective action for problems detected.

Requirements
