Maintenance Coordinator role involves performing administrative duties, providing SAP support for production maintenance, and planning and scheduling work orders. Must be proficient in SAP and have at least 5 years of maintenance and production experience. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in SAP
  • Plan and schedule work orders for maintenance group
  • Comment and close work orders
  • Create and edit preventative maintenance plans and tasks
  • Create reports and track metric-based goals, KPIs
  • Document control, correspondence, daily reports
  • Attend progress, planning and safety meetings
