What You Will Do
Perform general building maintenance, complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs, and travel between dealership locations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks
