Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance preferred
  • Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems
  • Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred
  • Salaried position based on experience
  • Must be available for emergencies/on call
