Daily maintenance operations, preventative maintenance programs, repairs, inspections, and facility improvements.

Requirements
- Previous maintenance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
- Experience with life safety codes and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs
- Valid driver’s license required
