Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director maintains preventive maintenance schedules, repairs physical structures, and supervises support staff and contractors. Installs, services, and repairs mechanical equipment. Works in a 120 bed skilled nursing center.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair systems, communicate with staff and patients, and work flexible hours. Use Building Engines and other electronic systems. Report to work within 20 minutes for urgent situations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Two years’ experience in Maintenance in a commercial setting
- CFC certified in refrigeration Type I minimum within 6 months of hire date
