Role OverviewWe rely on our Director of Maintenance to supervise the facility's day-to-day functions as it relates to the facility's interior and grounds including staffing, supply ordering, and supervision to ensure facility policy and standards are met.
What You Will Do
Ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out, maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of an organization, keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
