Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of our Maintenance Department. The role ensures that all areas are properly maintained, operational, and compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
What You Will Do
Supervise, coordinate, and lead the daily activities of the Maintenance Department. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment. Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs.

Requirements
