Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director oversees all building maintenance, preventative maintenance, life safety programs, environmental services, and laundry operations to ensure our facility remains safe, clean, compliant, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff.
What You Will Do
Direct and supervise the daily operations of the Maintenance and Environmental Services departments, lead, coach, schedule, and develop maintenance staff, execute and manage the facility's preventative maintenance program, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory or management experience in maintenance required
- Experience as a Maintenance Director, Plant Operations Director, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or healthcare maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance
- Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, CMS, state survey requirements, and regulatory compliance
