Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of the property. This role involves maintaining the common areas of the buildings in optimal condition and overseeing a wide range of maintenance tasks.
What You Will Do
Inspect property, assist with move-out inspections, complete resident service orders, maintain property appearance, and follow safety standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires knowledge of basic electric, plumbing, drywall/paint, carpentry, and appliance installation/removal and repairs. Must have EPA Universal and CPO certifications, high school diploma, and some college or trade school. Must have at least 5 years of general maintenance experience and 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
