Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or facilities environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in electrical systems repair, HVAC system troubleshooting, plumbing maintenance, welding skills, and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical equipment repair, Ohmmeters, and CMMS software
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear instruction and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety protocols, team motivation, and operational excellence
- Ability to perform detailed diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters or schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues effectively
