Role OverviewJoin our team as a Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, and supporting the overall success of our organization.
What You Will Do
Oversee all maintenance and repair activities, develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, manage inventory and ordering of supplies, conduct regular rounds of the facility, and collaborate with other departments.
