Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant, conducting preventative and restorative maintenance duties, and negotiating with outside vendors. This role requires experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations, as well as supervisory experience.

The Maintenance Director will be responsible for keeping the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. This includes conducting a variety of maintenance duties, negotiating with vendors, and following established codes and regulations.

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations
- 1 year of experience supervising others
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English
