Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment in the nursing home. You will assist with various maintenance and routine repairs and related tasks as directed by facility leaders.
What You Will Do
Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program, repair facility/resident property, and perform administrative duties such as completing necessary forms and reports.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school Diploma
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, and generators.
- Mechanically inclined with experience in plumbing and electrical systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with family members, residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
- Knowledge of IDPH and State Regulations.
