Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment, including preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs. They provide counsel to management regarding facility issues and are responsible for budget, accounts payable, reports, and required documentation.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Maintenance Director include maintaining all facility equipment in a safe and functioning manner, responding to requests for repairs, conducting monthly fire drills, and participating in Quality Improvement and Department Head meetings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience with general electrical and plumbing, carpentry skills, and knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment. They must be able to write and read with clarity, follow instructions, and know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to the facility.
Requirements

- Experience with general electrical and plumbing
