Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state, and federal regulations.

Maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and follows all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least two years' experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry
- Life Safety experience preferred
