Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director will oversee the maintenance of the facility, ensuring safety, neatness, and orderliness. They will supervise staff, conduct fire drills, and maintain equipment.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Director will repair or replace defective machines, equipment, and appliances. They will inventory and store resident's personal possessions, complete forms and reports, and ensure maintenance work meets quality standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of maintenance experience, basic knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and lawn care, and be available on call for urgent facility needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program
- At least three years of maintenance related experience
- Basic knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and lawn care
- Computer knowledge/skills
- Ability to be available on call for urgent facility needs
