Role OverviewThe Maintenance Director will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Napoleonville, Louisiana. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires pride in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Director will oversee minor repairs and preventative maintenance, supervise and support maintenance staff, assign work, and provide coaching and feedback. They will also coordinate outside vendors, respond to after-hours needs, and maintain accurate records.
