Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for providing care and compassion to our residents, maintaining facility grounds, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior maintenance experience preferred.
