Role OverviewAs the Maintenance Director (Plant Operations Director) at Meadow Creek Village, you are responsible for the building interior and exterior maintenance. You play a critical role when it comes to ensuring that the community is attractive, well-maintained and that our residents are safe, secure and well taken care of.
What You Will Do
Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment, make repairs in occupied apartments and renovate turn-over units for new residents moving in.

Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
- Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
- Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
- Experience in grounds maintenance, electrical and plumbing repair
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
