Role OverviewIMAQ Resources, LLC is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians for Full-Time regular positions on an upcoming government contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Memphis, TN. Candidates should have no less than four (4) years of prior experience at the Journeyman level in the field of inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, operating and performing preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems, and be accredited by the National Electrical Testing Association (NETA) or equivalent.
What You Will Do
Installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy; installing or repairing a variety of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems or other transmission equipment; and working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment.

Requirements
- At least four (4) years of prior experience at the Journeyman level
- Accredited by the National Electrical Testing Association (NETA) or equivalent
- High school education or greater
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
