Role OverviewMaintenance employees conduct general housekeeping and janitorial duties, ensuring the parking facilities remain bright and clean. They perform snow removal and landscaping duties, and often assist in power washing.
What You Will Do
Sweep garages and lots, wipe down handrails, clean windows, empty trash cans, mop elevators, respond to radio calls, safely operate company vehicles, perform regular structure and lot tours, and complete work orders.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should be able to work up to 90% of the time outside, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and work in extreme weather conditions. They should also be able to respond to elevator problems and reset as needed.
