Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation, safety, and functionality of all building systems and equipment.

Requirements

Perform necessary repairs to maintain smooth property operations.
Develop thorough knowledge of operating, maintaining, and repairing water heaters, pumps, plumbing, and related systems.
Accurately record all maintenance activities and equipment data.
Maintain familiarity with all applicable Local, State, and NEC codes and standards.
Train less-experienced personnel in electrical equipment and building systems.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper working condition.
Communicate and coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as required.
Exhibit leadership qualities and willingness to take on leadership roles when needed.
Demonstrate a positive team-oriented work ethic.
