Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Building Management Systems, Life Safety and Lighting Controls, HVAC equipment, and commercial low-voltage AC circuits.
Requirements
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Low Voltage controls maintenance experience
Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems and Lighting Control Systems
Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting HVAC systems (air handlers, fan coils, compressors, motors, pumps)
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Commercial low voltage AC circuits
Experience in repair of electronics
Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits, video, processor control devices, wireless control circuits, phone systems
