Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems at our Plunge Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or commercial maintenance preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and safety documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a coastal environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts
