Job Description
The Little Nell is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I to respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for room calls, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, physical plant, and exterior areas of the property.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, and carpentry
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
