Job Description
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests. Perform various maintenance tasks including electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and painting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (1) year of maintenance experience
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, screening and locks
  • Proper tool and chemical use
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance
  • Good driving record
  • Dependable
  • English speaking or bilingual
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments
