Requirements

  • Equipment Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly identifying and resolving any technical issues or malfunctions
  • Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergencies such as equipment failures, power outages, or safety hazards
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any incidents or repairs
  • Communication: Collaborating closely with other members of the engineering team, staff, and management
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety
  • Adherence to Safety Regulations: Strictly adhering to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations
  • Room Requests: Responding to maintenance requests in the guestrooms in a timely and efficient manner
