Role OverviewThe Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation and member appeal of the Club, under minimal direct supervision. Maintains and repairs equipment throughout the club facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
What You Will Do
Responsible for all Club engineering repairs including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and life safety systems. Maintains and operates all equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety ensuring regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an engineering and building maintenance or related professional area in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Electric experience required
- Pool certification preferred
- HVAC Certification preferred, but not required
- Valid Driver's license and clear driving record required
- HotSOS experience preferred
