Role OverviewAssist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residencies, supervising maintenance staff and troubleshooting equipment and system problems.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and perform major repairs to A/C units, plumbing, and electrical systems, and direct other staff members on how to repair minor issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 8 years related experience and/or training
- Skilled in at least one area of expertise in Maintenance
- A/C Gas 1, 2, and 3 license/certification preferred
- Certification and/or license in special skill
