Role OverviewThe Maintenance Engineer will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residencies, supervising staff and troubleshooting equipment problems.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and perform major repairs to A/C units, plumbing, and electrical systems, and direct other staff members on repairs and maintenance matters.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in at least one area of expertise in Maintenance, with a high school diploma or GED and 8 years of related experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 8 years related experience and/or training
- Skilled in at least one area of expertise in Maintenance
- A/C Gas 1, 2, and 3 license/certification preferred
- Certification and/or license in special skill
