Role OverviewThe Maintenance & Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance, reliability, engineering, and capital project activities within the paper mill. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of manufacturing assets through proactive maintenance strategies, reliability improvement initiatives, engineering support, and effective management of capital investments.
What You Will Do
Direct all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and facilities maintenance activities. Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs. Drive reliability-centered maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred.
- 8-15+ years of manufacturing maintenance and engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance or engineering teams.
- Experience in paper manufacturing, pulp and paper, packaging, or other heavy industrial operations preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing capital projects and reliability improvement programs.
