Role OverviewManage the engineering, process engineering, and maintenance functions at the facility, developing and implementing preventative maintenance for equipment, and leading a team of maintenance and engineering staff.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily maintenance operations, lead and manage a team, develop and manage the maintenance budget, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- At least 10 years direct engineering/maintenance experience
