Role OverviewThe Maintenance Equipment Specialist will assist in developing work procedures, participate in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs, and practice Root Cause Analysis to determine solutions to problematic process issues. The role requires strong safety awareness and experience, as well as mechanical knowledge of HRM equipment and hydraulic background.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Equipment Specialist will coordinate effective repairs and maintenance on equipment, develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance program, and provide hands-on assistance as needed for maintenance personnel, contractors, and Mechanical Specialists.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in general maintenance, with experience in Seamless Pipe Mill, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and strong mechanical knowledge of HRM equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- AA/AS or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in general maintenance
- Seamless Pipe Mill experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- Strong Safety Awareness and experience
- LOTO experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HRM equipment
- Strong hydraulic background (Servo valves and High-pressure systems)
