Maintenance\ Grounds Keeper (Milwaukee North)

Requirements

• Experience in general repairs in maintenance related disciplines
• Prioritize work orders and interact with department managers
• Respond to guest room calls and ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain department equipment and supply inventory levels
• Ensure security, cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of engineering tools, equipment and safety features
• Promote sanitation, safety, security efforts, and guest services of the Hotel
• Participate in OSHA/Safety Programs and Hotel's Emergency Evacuation Team
• Be professional in appearance and demeanor, and work well under pressure
