Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Vans is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader to lead a team of 10-15 Maintenance Technicians in a manufacturing environment, responsible for safety, productivity, training, morale, and security, as well as coordinating schedules and workflow, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
High School diploma (or foreign equivalent) plus three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrable ability to perform stated job duties
Ability to work 40 hours per week, 7 am to 7:30 pm
