Role OverviewThe Maintenance Helper will act as a plant authority on day-to-day maintenance and operations of the Lumberton site. The ideal candidate will assist in service request, perform preventative maintenance, perform repairs, assist with design details and specifications to support construction, renovation, and implantation of new equipment.
What You Will Do
Provide technical support to the facility and grounds, troubleshoot and repair equipment, work on productivity projects, and ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements
- High school education with diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 2-year technical degree desirable
- Basic working principles of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to read and understand facility floor plants, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead teams as needed
