Role OverviewThis position is primarily responsible for assisting the Property Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor/III in maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
What You Will Do
Performs maintenance and repair tasks, assists in trouble-shooting maintenance problems, and remains available to perform work orders and routine, preventative, and deferred maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Valid and appropriate state driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Some trade school certificate(s) in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
