Role OverviewResponsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. Reports to Maintenance Supervisor. Hourly level.
What You Will Do
Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. Identify and correct building and equipment problems. Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Worker and possession of journey-level certification in area of assignment. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with or without supervision. Strong prioritization and time management skills.
