What You Will Do
Perform basic mechanical repairs, check and install equipment, repair wooden structures, and perform routine maintenance on buildings.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, flooring, masonry, electrical, welding, roofing, machinery, mechanics, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
- Must be able to use basic hand tools.
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow task specific instructions.
- Must have own tools including a basic socket set, wrenches, skill saw, grinder, drill, sawzall, volt meter, level, and tape measure.
- Must be a team player with strong verbal skills and a positive attitude.
