Role OverviewThe Maintenance Instructor delivers exceptional ground and/or practical instruction in accordance with FlightSafety Training principles and applicable regulations. The role involves conducting maintenance ground and/or practical training for clients, developing and preparing training materials, evaluating trainee progress, and maintaining instructor qualifications.
What You Will Do
Conduct maintenance ground and/or practical training for clients, develop and prepare training materials, evaluate and measure trainee progress, complete accurate training records, and identify client training issues.

Requirements
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance safety standards and practices
- Knowledge of common FlightSafety standards and applicable aviation regulations
- Ability to manage classes and teach effectively

- Ability to be coachable and receive feedback to support development
- A&P preferred but not required
- Experience with CE-525 series aircraft preferred but not required
