Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee the overnight maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Lead and support the overnight maintenance team, coordinate daily maintenance activities, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, oversee equipment repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Food or dairy manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation
- Working knowledge of pumps, valves, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a maintenance team
- Ability to work the overnight shift (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.), a six-day work week, overtime, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs
