Role OverviewAs an Aircraft Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that our aircraft are maintained and repaired to the highest safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Manage a shift of maintenance technicians to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our fleet of FAA Part 135 business aircraft. Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion while minimizing aircraft downtime.

Requirements
- Current A&P Certificate required
- At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and requirements for maintenance of Part 135 business aircraft
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
