Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the production and maintenance process. The role involves overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and communicating with management. The position is located at the Waco Prepared Foods Facility in Waco, Texas.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, documenting and reporting downtime events, and ensuring that all maintenance employees are properly utilizing their time. They will also be responsible for performing PM audits, communicating with incoming shifts, and documenting daily occurrences.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Three months related experience and/or training
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift, pallet jack, and man lift certification
- Lock out tag out certification
- SAP training
