Role OverviewThe Maintenance Lead oversees and performs maintenance operations to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role leads daily maintenance activities, supervises maintenance staff, coordinates vendor work, and ensures preventive maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs, coordinate and complete apartment turns, perform preventive maintenance, and support grounds maintenance. Lead and supervise day-to-day activities of maintenance staff, assign work, monitor performance, and support training and development.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of maintenance experience, supervisory or leadership experience, and strong knowledge of building systems. They will also have experience managing vendors, budgets, and inventory, and a valid driver's license.

- 4+ years of maintenance experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Special Engineer's License
- EPA Certification
- CPO certification
- Valid driver's license
