Job Description
Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance performance for a defined production area. The role combines the responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor and a Maintenance Planner, ensuring maintenance activities are well planned, efficiently executed, and continuously improved.
Requirements
4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lead teams and make decisions
Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP / Maximo)
Experience with maintenance planning and execution
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
